1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Merlina Product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, certain baby products cannot be returned if opened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Opened diapers, wipes, and training pants
  • Opened baby formula and food
  • Used pacifiers, bottles, and teethers
  • Personal care items (lotions, creams, washes) without their safety seal intact
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select "Request Return." Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
